I dont know much about tech, but NetOptima made everything so easy to understand. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and the work they did really made a difference and they helped my parents set up their smart TV and explained how to use the remote and apps. Very patient and respectful. Highly recommend.

We live in a large home in Orange County Ca and always struggled with weak cell signal and WiFi. Even the extender from AT&T didnt help. After some research, I found NetOptima , I never knew residential IT services even existed, though that was Jsit for big Corps.Their technician explained everything clearly and helped us upgrade our setup. They installed access points and added Ethernet ports, and now our entire home has strong, fast coverage with zero dead spots.We streamed, gamed, and tested every room , no issues at all.
