- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our party packages are quoted by service type, event length, location, and estimated number of children. Face painting or balloon twisting starts at $150 for 1 hour. Two-service party mixes start at $180 for 1 hour and $325 for 2 hours. Final pricing may vary based on travel distance, parking/access, guest count, setup conditions, and whether you add glitter tattoos, face gems, or multiple services. We do not advertise blanket discounts, but we are happy to recommend the best package for your event size and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we confirm the event date, start time, city/ZIP code, number of children, age range, venue type, and requested services. Then we recommend the best package and timing so the line stays organized and children are not rushed. Once the package is confirmed, we provide booking details, arrival/setup expectations, and any venue requirements such as parking or insurance. On event day, we arrive prepared, set up cleanly, and run the activity in an organized, kid-friendly way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is based on hands-on professional practice with children’s party entertainment, face painting design menus, balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, face gems, product safety, sanitation, and event setup. We use professional cosmetic products and focus on clean application, age-appropriate designs, organized lines, and a polished party experience. We also carry business liability insurance for venues that require proof of coverage.
