I recently had a new garage door installed by the Garage Door Guy and My experience with their team was very positive.They were not the first company to give an estimateMy 5 star rating is based on the following*Affordable*Upon the initial inspection, they were very confident in their product.* I was provided details of what to expect. .*All questions were answered with confidence*The Installation team arrived on time*Team was professional with friendly personalities*The Installation team worked extremely well together. Each one knew their task(what was needed to be done) and did it with confidence.*They respected the work space, by keeping the area clean as they progressed and upon completion* Upon completion, they explained and showed what was done, advised the products to use to keep the the required parts of the garage functioning properly.*This may not be true, but they made the the Installation process to appear smooth as butter.* The office administrator... You could hear & feel the smile on her face. A very pleasant, friendly lady.Calls, text, emails from all were responded to in a timely manner. (Timely meaning within 5-15 mins)The Garage Guy is definitely a GO TO
