  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer coaching through a 3 or 6-month commitment, with sessions held weekly or bi-weekly. This structure is designed to support meaningful growth, reflection, and sustained momentum over time. My price per session is $40 and to keep coaching accessible, I offer a pay-what-you-can model. Sessions also count toward my certification hours, which I’m fully transparent about. My intention is to create a supportive, grounded partnership where we both show up with commitment and care.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a free 20 minute consultation to make sure we are a good match. From there, we hold a Discovery Session for our first official coaching session and from there we focus on meeting goals the client has set.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a Co-Active Practitioner and currently working on my certification.
