My pricing is based on the type of support needed and the estimated time involved. I aim to be transparent about costs from the beginning, with no hidden fees or surprises. I’m also open to discussing ongoing support arrangements for long-term clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by learning about your goals, priorities, and current processes. From there, I identify where support is needed most, create a clear plan, and establish communication preferences so work stays organized and efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and am currently completing an Associate degree in Business Administration. In addition to my education, I bring years of hands-on experience managing business operations, customer relationships, and administrative tasks.
