Fernie has been our go-to contractor/handyman for our rentals for the past two years. He’s worked on both small jobs and larger jobs for us. We appreciate his hard work, professionalism, responsiveness, honest recommendations, and foresight. His motto is to get the job done right the first time (instead of doing patchwork) so there won’t be problems in the future. I am all for that! He follows up by text in a week to ensure that we are happy. If there are no tenant complaints about the same thing, what more can we ask for?
