I’ve been solving technology problems professionally since 2005, but I’ve never fit neatly into the “computer guy” box. My background spans technology, business, construction, real estate and finance, which taught me to look at problems from more than one angle and understand how the pieces fit together. I’m easy to talk to, I don’t bury people in jargon, and I want you to understand what happened, what I changed, and what you should know going forward. You should leave the experience less confused about your technology, not more. I’m not always the cheapest option, and I don’t try to be. My goal is to do the work correctly, avoid shortcuts, and solve the actual problem instead of just treating the first symptom. Computer 911 is owner-operated, and you work directly with me from start to finish. I especially enjoy the unusual problems where the obvious answer hasn’t worked.
