No surprises, ever. Our diagnostic visit is a flat $89 (after-hours is $150). Your technician will find the problem, explain it in plain English, and give you upfront pricing before any work begins. Nothing happens without your signed approval. Thinking about a new system? Replacement estimates and second opinions are always FREE. We also offer flexible financing through GoodLeap, and our Family Comfort Plan members get 0% financing for 12 months on repairs over $1,000 (upon credit approval). Chilly Billy is led by Chris Javier, a Florida state-certified HVAC contractor License #CAC1821877 with over 10 years of hands-on experience. Our field team brings 30+ years of combined experience. Every technician is background-checked and drug-tested, and we're fully licensed and insured. We service all major brands and install trusted names like Rheem, Goodman, and Trane, so you get experienced pros who know Florida heat inside and out.
