FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects what your project actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all package designed to get you in the door and charge you for extras later. After learning about your goals, I’ll give you a clear scope, timeline and price so you know exactly what you’re paying for. If your budget cannot cover everything at once, I can often phase the work around what will make the biggest difference first. I’ll also tell you when you don’t need something, even if I could charge you for it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first conversation is not a sales ambush. I want to understand what you sell, what is currently getting in the way and what needs to happen for the project to be worth your investment. From there, I dig into your customers, positioning and existing marketing before recommending the right direction. Once we agree on the work, you’ll receive a clear plan, realistic timeline and direct communication throughout the project. You will never have to wonder what is happening, chase me for an update or watch your project disappear into an agency black hole.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has been built in real businesses where the marketing had to do more than look good. For more than a decade, I’ve worked across growth strategy, brand messaging, conversion copywriting, websites, SEO, email, paid campaigns and sales content. That range matters because marketing problems rarely live in one neat little box. A lead problem may actually be a messaging problem. A traffic problem may be an offer problem. My experience allows me to see how the pieces affect one another and solve the right problem instead of simply selling the most convenient service.
