FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My service call fee is $50. However, if you hire me to complete the job, the $50 service call fee is waived and you only pay for the completed work. The final price depends on the type, complexity, and time required for the job. I will provide an initial estimate before starting. If the job turns out to be more complicated than expected after an on-site inspection, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually start by discussing the details of the job with the customer over the phone. If the scope of work is clear, I provide an estimate based on the information provided. If the customer agrees to the estimate, we schedule a convenient time for the job. I arrive at the scheduled time, complete the work, and then review the finished job with the customer to make sure everything is done properly. Once the customer is satisfied, I provide the final invoice.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

OSHA Construction training program, Tesla charger installation training, Bachelor's degree of Electrical power and Electrical engineering
