I have been using Formatic to manage my properties and they are doing a great job. They have yet to miss collecting rent including any required late fees as per the contract. They provide simple and timely statements. They take all the hassle out of managing my properties in CA. Their fees are reasonable as well.

I am also an assistant community manager/front office leasing assistant, for a 60-unit apartment complex located in Brea, CA. To whom it may concern: I am extremely interested in joining your team. I went to school for communications and dramatic arts at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. I moved to California to pursue acting, but ended up in the job field of property management where I had been ever since until recently.
