Sooo informative and tells you what the root issue is after diagnosing the problem then shows you. Even tells you how to prevent these issues in the future and what preventative measures work best. Hands down the best plumber / tradespersons I’ve ever had the chance to hire. He fixed my dishwasher drain issue, lack of hot water in kitchen sink issue, main sink drainage issue, and tightened down my kitchen faucet. 10/10 Amazing.

I hired David Gonzales to help with a stubborn shower issue that I couldn’t fix on my own. The cartridge was completely stuck and just wouldn’t budge, so I called in a pro—and I’m really glad I did. David did great work. He was able to remove the old cartridge, replace it properly, and install a new shower head without any issues. Everything works perfectly now. On top of that, he was friendly, easy to chat with, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also gave me helpful advice on what to watch out for in the future with my water system, which I really appreciated. Solid work, knowledgeable, and personable. I’d definitely hire David again and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help.

It was a challenging clog that took 3 attempts to unclog. But he stayed optimistic that he could resolve the issue the whole time and stayed until the job was done. He also gave good advice on maintenance and prevention.
