I hired David Gonzales to help with a stubborn shower issue that I couldn’t fix on my own. The cartridge was completely stuck and just wouldn’t budge, so I called in a pro—and I’m really glad I did. David did great work. He was able to remove the old cartridge, replace it properly, and install a new shower head without any issues. Everything works perfectly now. On top of that, he was friendly, easy to chat with, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also gave me helpful advice on what to watch out for in the future with my water system, which I really appreciated. Solid work, knowledgeable, and personable. I’d definitely hire David again and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help.

David did an excellent job installing a water softener for us. He not only went over and above to make sure the piping was up to code and installed an earthquake resistant system, but he also took the time to educate us on how to best maintain the new system. He’s very professional and left the work space cleaner than it was when he arrived. I highly recommend David!

David took the time to explain what needs to be done to install a bathroom exhaust fan and didn't hesitate to ask if I had further questions with any concepts he went over. Helped share knowledge on how to take off my bath vanity cabinets if I ever need to go back into that space with ease. He replaced 2 bathroom sink drains and a bath drain to the kind that are pop ups. Helped identify that I have a potential leak in the ceiling from the bathroom above and provided tips to diagnose the issue. He even helped change light bulbs from a chandelier that I was hesitant about changing with no extra charge. I appreciate his thoroughness and cleanliness in ensuring that he left the workplace pristine. Not used to seeing that in a lot of workers that come to handle a job. Definitely recommend him and hope to have him come back to address other issues with the property.
