At Endemic Architecture, we create distinctive, sensitive, and personalized buildings that thoughtfully synthesize architecture, interiors, and landscape. With over 20 years of experience, our small team treats every client as a creative collaborator, tailoring each project to its specific site, culture, budget and context. Our name reflects our approach: we draw deeply from local climate, history, and nuances, while grounding each project in the broader knowledge and traditions of architectural practice. We pursue what we call “almost familiar” architecture—work that feels rooted in convention yet reveals something unexpected, sparking curiosity, delight, and memorable experiences. From concept through construction, we guide you through a clear, collaborative process to shape spaces that resonate both physically and emotionally. Please note: We focus on design and do not produce drawings for projects previously built without a permit. We base our fees on either a percentage of the cost of construction, or based on a dollar amount per square footage of the project, and we use the standard Owner-Architect Agreement.
