Susan is a great chef, and great person all around! She took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and had a preprinted menu with her to review on the first visit. She is responsive, prompt, flexible and plans everything in advance including preprinted reheating instructions- she knows exactly what she is doing. Most importantly, her food is spectacular! We even requested some of the same dishes because we were so impressed with the first batch! She also does a great job of balancing healthy and deliciousness- we definitely want seconds when Susan is cooking in our kitchen! The chicken is tender, the potatoes are cooked just right and even the salads have that special something that we can't get enough of. We can't wait to try more of her delicious food! We highly recommend Susan on every level.

Susan is an outstanding teacher who has come to our home for a series of cooking lessons. She is very supportive of her students, knowledgeable in a variety of cooking techniques and methods, and explains patiently even with concepts that might seem basic to an accomplished chef as Susan is. Also really appreciate her creativity in building out menu's for the class which are healthy and taste great. Overall she's done a great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set once you have defined meal plan, number of dishes and quantity of persons. Because each client's needs are unique, each service plan is customized. The pricing is established once we have spoken to ensure an accurate quote. Please just call me directly! Private cooking classes are for a minimum of 2 people at your home.

Set up consultation meeting for food interview to discuss all dietary preferences!
