Kim was everything we could have asked for and more. My fiancé and I weren't quite sure what we were looking for, we just knew we wanted to gain some useful tools to carry us through the rest of our engagement and into our marriage. What we found was Kim--an intelligent, kind, down-to-earth professional who made us feel so comfortable right away. I was a little nervous about my fiancé and how he'd react to a vulnerable situation such as pre-marital counseling...but Kim talked us through every step of the way and every question or concern either of us had was responded to...it was perfect for us. We left feeling refreshed, prepared and honestly, even more in love. Thank you Kim, we are so grateful to have found you!
Andri supported me during a very difficult time in my life while I was going through divorce and major career change. We had sessions over the course of a year. During that time she helped me: - emotionally go through the divorce and release guilt, shame, anger and lots of other emotoins that were blocking my mind and ability to feel joy - see that I had the right to dream a better life for me and my 2 boys and I was not "crazy" for asking more from life - understand the human basic needs which go so much beyond human survival. This brought peace in me and my relationship with my boys. The most important part was that I understood their need for love and certainty and how I can provide that to them even though I see them a few days per month - make better decisions for my company. I used to take most things emotionally and sometimes my decisions were not serving everyone. Now I use emotions and instincts to set a path, and use logic to decide on the steps. I now experience less stress and make less "mistakes" - understand why I need to value myself first and how this allows me to be strong for others I can go and on. In a nutshell, she helped me shift my perspective about dreams and passions and what is possible to achieve in life. Nothing can really hold you back. It is about the clarity you have and the decisions you make.

With Adrian's ability to deeply listen and insightful thinking, he provides a space for long lasting change to occur. I highly recommend Adrian as a therapist for all those who seek to create change in their life.
He was genuine and didn't rush us. He used the paperwork that we submitted when we arrived to lead the conversation. My husband and I are working toward a better relationship yet it was good to talk with Paul as a mediator, and he helped start the conversation that we can continue as a couple. If needed, we'd hire Paul again without hestitation.

If you are looking for a therapist, look no further. I absolutely recommend giving her a call!
Matthew has been a really great counselor to work with. He brings empathy and excitement to our relationship counseling sessions, and provides much needed insight to moments when we get caught up in our historic relational patterns. Our sessions are a good mix of hard work and play. Matthew always has ideas and exercises we can do to work with the material that arises. He is communicative and professional.
I have worked with Don Waxman for almost two years and found him to be the most effective therapist I have used. Don has the ability to be empathetic and directive in a way that works for me. His use of somatic tools with me has be dramatic in my self exploration and healing. He is very knowledgeable and creative and has great set of tools to help you get to your goals.
I had always heard of this type of counseling but had never participated in one. Diana supported me through five sessions of Shamanic Counseling about a month ago, and it was a wonderful and productive experience. Diana was very professional during the entire time, always communicating in a clear way and always providing a safe space for me to ask any questions. Most of all she always made me feel that we were working together, as a team. Like in any counseling at the beginning I felt a little "shy" to express myself, but Diana's gentle voice and soft energy allowed me to unfold in a comfortable way never feeling judged by her. Of course this is a type of work that doesn't really have an end, but the first 5 sessions I completed with Diana were very helpful. I definitely feel our work together reached deep levels of consciousness and brought out useful results that I am currently using in present time. At the end of our work, Diana was generous enough to provide me with the tools so that - if I wanted to- I could continue working with my spirit guides independently. I am honored to have worked with Diana on such an intimate experience, and I would do it again any time.

Change is not easy! And yet sometimes, the pain of difficult feelings, a challenging situation or a rocky relationship can overwhelm everything else. At such times, you may feel compelled to try something new and to give up exhausted efforts at doing it alone. In counseling, you can find relief from anxious thoughts, painful relationships, and self-defeating behaviors. Therapy offers you the opportunity to heal from your past, better manage your present and develop more adaptive and fulfilling ways of being. In my practice, I see women, men, couples, families and groups of many ages and cultural backgrounds. No two situations are ever exactly alike. At the same time, there are some issues that I work with more than others, and these are listed here: * Trauma * Divorce * Anxiety * Lost Women (please see my website for more information) * Grief or Loss I am a certified practitioner of EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and expressive arts therapy (EXA). EMDR is a mind-body technique that's used to process disturbing memories (i.e.: traumatic events) that contribute to unexplained fears and self-defeating beliefs and behaviors. EXA is a therapeutic modality that's dedicated to the use of creativity as a vehicle for change. For more information on these techniques and how they work, please feel free to visit my website.
