I’ve been renovating a fourplex over the last year and Carlos Fernando has been one of the most valuable people I’ve had on my team. He’s helped me on a wide range of projects — installing windows, quartz countertops, tile work, and more — and he consistently delivers high-quality results.
Carlos Fernando has superior craftsmanship and he brings a rare combination of skill and good judgment. He’s a wealth of information, communicates clearly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the work the right way — not just getting it done fast.
He’s also honest, punctual (shows up when he says he will), and reasonably priced. On top of that, he’s pulled me out of a few stressful situations with tight timelines — including moments when I had tenants arriving — and helped me move forward with confidence.
