If I had to sum up our experience in one word, it would be “Wow”! Monique was amazing - professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. She came in and immediately got to work and perfectly walked the line between telling me what to do and asking me what I would like. After a decade as a software engineer (solving problems and architecting systems) and several years as a merchandise manager (visual design), I realized that bringing these passions together to help others was my chosen path. I get such joy and fulfillment out of my work today, I am truly blessed.
