- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Fun Photo Booth Company experienced in all events. This pricing represents 50 guests or less. 2 hour photo booth rental. $ 499.00 3 hour photo booth rental. $ 649.00 4 hour photo booth rental. $ 999.00 5 hour photo booth rental. $ 1250.00 We also charge a travel fee for distances greater than 50 Miles of Alameda. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with the new customer is *Once the customers happy with the price that they have received as well as all of our options that we offer. *Fill out the information form pay a small deposit of $100 *I will let you know when I receive the deposit. *I will contact you one week before your event for the remaining balance. *I will also contact you a couple days before your event to confirm all the details. *When we arrive at your event we will arrive one hour early for set up *We'll make sure that everybody is having a great time and taken great photos *Unlimited sessions. Everyone will be able to receive a copy *Every session in the booth will automatically print out two prints. Those who do not receive a physical copy will be able to email themselves the photo.If they would like a physical copy they can use the booth as many times as they would like. *We will email you all of the photos from your event the next day. *We will ask you to give us a nice review on yelp and thumbtack. and hopefully you will refer us and or use our services again. I love to make sure I fully understand what you are looking to achieve. With many years of experience I am able to rely on my past experiences to make sure that my customers are happy. My customers are very satisfied and do hire me again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For my work I am a entrepreneur who spends all my time to making sure that I achieve the highest level of quality for everyone. I didn't go to school for this but I do watch a lot of educational videos read a lot of books and make sure that I'm knowledgeable on all aspects of business. Most importantly including making sure that my customer is satisfied.
