We couldn't find a property manager good enough — so we built one. We're Bay Area property owners ourselves. When we went looking for a management company, we had a simple bar: treat our homes like they're yours, communicate like adults, and use technology that actually makes life easier. We couldn't find one that cleared it. The traditional firms leaned on call centers, franchise playbooks, and the same off-the-shelf software as everyone else. So we built the company we wished existed — and the software to run it.
