- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple: $8 per window for inside and outside, or $5 per window for one side only. Window size doesn't change the price, and window screens are included. There is no service call fee, no minimum, and no hidden charges, so you'll know your total before I start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Message me your address and roughly how many windows you have (photos help). 2) I confirm the exact price and a time that works for you. 3) I arrive on time and clean each window inside and out, including the screens, taking care around your floors and sills. 4) We do a quick walkthrough together, and if anything isn't right, I fix it on the spot. 5) You pay after the work is done by cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Window cleaning is a hands-on trade, so what matters most is care and consistency. I'm a background-checked owner-operator who uses professional tools, works safely on ladders, and doesn't cut corners.
