I planned to remove a load bearing and shear wall in my condo, Michael responded quickly and was punctual to our subsequent appointment. He not only gave my contractor and I valuable insight to the magnitude of the project, he was also very detailed in explaining how the project could be tackled. It is a project that looked simple , but I live in a condo with neighbors above and below me. Although I decided against removing the wall, I was nonetheless impressed with Michael’s knowledge and I am certain he would have delivered a 5 star execution.

My wife and I hired Michael to help with drawings and permits for an extension to our condo in SF. Michael, was professional, communicative and very fair with his fees for the permit. He turned around the permit in about 5 weeks and did not require much input from our end. He made a total of 2 visits to take measurements after which we engaged in week-to-week check-in. He delivered the permits and drawings just as he promised. We were so happy with our experience that we are looking to work with Michael again on another project.

Michael provided an easy and economical solution to open a bearing wall for our kitchen renovation. His communication made it easy for us to understand his intent and he was able to utilizes much of the existing structure to minimize added construction.
