- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize a "bundle" to give our clients the services they need at an affordable price, but will give services a la carte.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we have the customer sign up on our website so they will have access to our secure portal. Once they sign up we will send back an acceptance. Then the client can send us any documents needed to provide the service they need and we can upload any and all documents for them to review, print or save. This process allows us to service all our clients regardless of where they are in the country and save on paper making us a "greener" company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team that have degrees in accounting and have years of tax and accounting experience along with owning and running a business. We know the ins and outs and know cash flow is the most important part of a business.
