Includes high-elevation/roof work, excavation, heavy lifting, and complex or non-standard tasks. • Additional Crew: +$50 per hour for each additional technician. • Travel Fee: $50 flat rate per visit. Material Shopping & Delivery Rates: • Standard Delivery (Small items): $70 per hour (covers travel to the store, item sourcing, and delivery). • Heavy Loading & Bulk Delivery: $100 per hour (covers heavy lifting, loading/unloading, and bulk transportation). What is included in a "Standard Day"? Our daily flat rates cover an 8-hour block, structured as follows: • 6 hours of active, high-quality, hands-on work on-site. • 2 hours dedicated to travel time, tool setup/cleanup, logistics, and necessary breaks.
