Helped explain the different options and helped me arrive at the best solution that worked with my current limited budget. Very good communication and quality work. Replaced some old sagging power lines between house and garage with a new single line supported by a cable.
I had what I thought were two small projects, but hadn't understood the complexity of one. Jorge was terrific in understanding the situation and coming up with a solution that worked beautifully without a major undertaking. The other had to do with an EV charger over-heating. If you need face plates coverings for the hole to conceal wires I can offer them as well for a fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is getting as much information from the customer as possible so I can make sure the right fit for the job. I don't want to waste the customers time if I am not capable of doing the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught handyman , picked some stuff from my father but mainly just being in the field has taught me to learn and adapt to different jobs.
