- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At JDT Associates, our professional staff is required to participate in continuing education to stay on top of the latest changes in regulations and tax laws.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Based on the bookkeeping package you pick, we will: Invoice clients: Prepare invoices from the accounting software and send to your clients via email. (Simple invoicing, overly complex invoicing can be performed, at an additional cost) Batch your deposits: We will match deposits to invoices processed based on the detail you provide and provide you with an A/R report as requested. Reconcile your bank account: Once a month we will reconcile your bank accounts and credit card accounts. Pay vendors: When we say pay, we mean we will process your vendor payments on our system. The monies for vendor payments will come out of your bank account. So you maintain control of your money! Pay employees: Twice a month or biweekly payroll processing, direct deposit only. Prepare quarterly payroll reports: We will prepare and electronically process your federal and state payroll reports. Prepare monthly sales tax reports: we will prepare and send the prepared form back to you for filing or we can e-file if available. Prepare monthly management reports: we will prepare your balance sheet, profit & loss and general ledger and your Account Team will review it with you.
