Diagnostic is $79. No hidden fees. We diagnose on-site and give you the exact price. Diagnostic is applied toward repair. You approve before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a request. We ask for brand and model. We schedule same-day or next-day visit. We diagnose the issue and give you a price. We fix it after your approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience in appliance diagnostics and repair. Work with all major brands of washers, dryers and dishwashers.
