- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the project. Typically I am able to work with client's budgets and I will always be reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the person a little bit first. Every situation is different and a little insight into personal life helps with the overall picture. New customers will tell me what their motivations are and what their immediate and future goals are. Once we establish those it's time to get our hands dirty and figure out what needs to change and what doesn't.
