I found Catering by Ashley/Blackburn's on Thumbtack. Wow, what a find! First they showed up on time, big plus. They were helpful and friendly in setting up. There were no hidden fees or surprises. They were very good with people. Bill and Ashley were both lovely people and professional. They were able to cater within my budget. The food was excellent! We loved the level of service and the food was amazing! Our guests loved every course. The chef used fresh ingredients and each dish was deliciously prepared and well presented. The entire staff created a wonderful experience for us and our guests. They were professional, courteous, friendly, very accommodating, and completely self-sufficient. We didn't have to lift a finger. Even the planning stage was made easy. Bill was extremely responsive, very professional, and reliable. They were reasonabley priced, as well. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer we want to discuss their expectations over the phone and also get an idea of the type of menu and service they would like. If possible we also like to meet at the location to discuss set-up and how the event will flow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our chefs are professionally trained and we have experience in all types of cuisines from various regions around the world. We operate and prep our off-site catering in our restaurant and we have an A rating with the Health Department. We also have the ability to arrange and set up off-site kitchens at the event location.
