We hired him to do two TV wall mount installation: one re positioned the existing wall mount and second was out put our living room TV to be wall mounted. He was excellent on communicating in regards to pricing, scheduling the appointment time. He was right on time and communicated with us before actually wall mounting the TV.

Responded within 5mins and set an appointment for 1 hour later. Kamran was in time and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He laid out options for me to choose from and gave his advice to make sure I got what I wanted. He has extra parts/items in case I wanted to "upgrade" my task (which I did). When he finished the work, he asked for the trash to discard of debris. Very minimal mess to clean up and he VERIFIED his work. He took an additional 10mins to play with the TV Mount to make sure all was working properly and he explained how it operates. EXCELLENT WORK! no complaints!

Contacted Kamran this afternoon and 30 mins later he installed my new bedroom tv ( to an existing mount ) He was polite, efficient and tidied some wires that Spectrum had ignored Excellent service and i will book him again when i change our living room tv in the very near future
