Marc was fantastic. MCS Building did an excellent job on our irrigation system. Marc replaced some sprinkler heads, fixed a few leaks, and installed a new timer as well as a few other things. He is very skilled and professional. The pricing seems extremely fair, and I plan to use him for future work. Highly recommend!!

Details: Residential • System won't turn on • No water to one area of sprinkler heads • Timer does not work • Timer needs to be reprogrammed • Spring activation - system needs to be reactivated

Mark came out to our new home and hung several large pictures, mirrors, and shelves. Everything looks great, and there was no mess to clean up afterwards. We plan to have him come back to install two ceiling fans once we have them. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Marc to install a new bathroom exhaust fan. He was able to do it within a day. The fan I purchased was too large, but he offered to make the adjustments and added on a small additional charge. His work was quite neat and he finished in a timely manner. He left the area very clean, and his price was very fair. I had contacted two other contractors who would have charged double the price. I would definitely recommend him.
