- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $95 per hour for each session, and during that time, you’ll have a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly and be heard. There is also a $25 booking fee that will be applied to your session and needs to be paid at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees, and I don’t offer advice unless you ask for it—this is simply your time to express yourself freely, whether you need to vent, process emotions, or share what’s on your mind. My goal is to provide you with a supportive, compassionate space to talk without any pressure or expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple. All sessions are done via telephone. Once you reach out, I’ll call you at the number you provide at the time of booking. When we begin, the floor is entirely yours to share anything that’s on your mind—whether it's a struggle, a victory, or just something you need to talk through. At this time, I do not offer video support calls, so everything will be handled through a phone conversation. My focus is on offering you a safe and judgment-free space to be heard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personal experience navigating life’s challenges, particularly through my own healing journey. After going through a divorce, launching a successful career, and rebuilding my life, I understand firsthand what it’s like to face difficult times and find the strength to move forward. While I am not a licensed therapist, I believe that sometimes you need someone who has been through similar struggles to truly support you. My experiences have given me empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of the value of being heard. I’ve learned the importance of having a safe, non-judgmental space to express emotions and work through challenges, and it’s these qualities that I bring to my work. I continue to grow through self-reflection, reading, and connecting with others to offer meaningful support to my clients.
