    Sellers | Typical 3% Listing Fee and offer Buyers Agents 3%. HOWEVER, ask us if we can provide a discount in addition to our full service package. :) Buyers | You aren’t responsible for commissions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. No obligation phone conversation / in-person meeting to discuss how we can help. 2. If buying, set you up with a customized search within your criteria and help you find a mortgage officer - if you need one. If selling, run a CMA report and determine a purchase price. 3. If buying, show you homes and negotiate contracts. If selling, advertise the property heavily and find a buyer. 4. Close the deals!!!
