Working wit Richard has been a pleasure! My husband and I were behind on our taxes, and were extremely nervous about the process and making sure we found the right person to help. Not not only did Richard put us at ease and back on track with uncle same, he also gave us some very helpful and valuable information on how my husband should proceed with his business going forward. He is extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend him to anyone!! The drive for us is a bit far, but well worth it! I was not looking forward to buying new house since our first experience was horrible and we ended up buying a condo that needed a lot more work then we anticipated. When I found out I was pregnant with twins we quickly realized our 2 bedroom condo was not going to work anymore. We interviewed over 7 realtors before we decided on Michelle and the biggest reason we picked her was because she seemed to be methodological in her approach. Most agents wanted to sell our condo for more than Michelle suggested we sell for and when we asked why she wanted to list it so low she explained her process and the market in a way that just sounded perfect. Sure enough our condo sold for more than we thought we would get all because of the way she priced it. I feel like most agents just shoot in the dark and hope they hit something but Michelle has a method to her madness that I really really liked. She deserves 10 stars for her work with us.

Kathleen is absolutely amazing to work with. She helped me organize my home including my garage and she did the best job. She also helped me set up a party/boutique at my house and she was involved in every aspect of it. She is very detail oriented and has a broad knowledge of organizing, party planning, home decorating and much much more! I would recommend her to anyone!

One of the best agents I have ever worked with!!! DJ helped me get in touch with the perfect lender to assist my mom with refinancing her home. My mother seen a major increase in her mortgage payment and screamed for help. DJ provided us with some of the best Direct Lenders in the real estates business and we were able to get my mothers mortgage payment down from $2,300 to $1,400!!! In addition to that, my brother moved from the state of Florida to California and wanted to buy a condo! He found my brother a condo I a matter of 6 days. And then....AND THEN..we closed in 15 days! Champagne real estate group what can I say? So many different things I've lived here by the beach for several years so needless to say I know several realtors. And of course I used a couple of different realtors to look for my property with no success. Find me the property in this beach area not as much of a problem however get an offer excepted a completely different matter. Agents that are used in the past I felt like we were submitting offer after and less offer and not getting anywhere. One of my employees recommended that I speak with Champagne Mora, and so I set up an appointment with her. Immediately after that she got to work and within two weeks we were in escrow beating out the other offers and getting a few extras that were completely unexpected! She definitely goes above and beyond. I would recommend her over and over again! We are actually using her to buy her some commercial property and I can tell you, my experience with her is complete satisfaction!

    What's the difference between a real estate broker and an agent?

    Real estate agents and real estate brokers both help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, real estate brokers are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Real estate agents cannot have their own real estate office and must work under a broker. Real estate brokers often have real estate firms and employ real estate agents.     What do real estate agents charge?

    Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent. The two agents receive 5 percent to 6 percent of the final home sale price and split it evenly, meaning they each earn roughly 2.5 percent to 3 percent of the total home sale. If you are a home seller, you may have fees associated with the sale that are above and beyond the commission the agents earn. The real estate agent may have you pay marketing fees, MLS fees, early cancellation fees, or more. Always ask pricing details before signing a contract so you clearly understand your financial obligations. Here are some of the average (and common) costs that can arise when selling a home:

    • Home inspection: $200-$350 or more, depending on region.
