- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a range of packages and services starting around $2,000 per month, and we work on both a retainer basis as well as a project basis, depending on our clients needs and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step in working with a potential new customer is a to hold a discovery call to understand their needs and goals. Then, we lay out and agree on a scope of services for our engagement. For most new clients, engagements begin with a research phase where we ensure the client has the foundational elements of their marketing in place (i.e. target customer definition, value proposition statement, content plan, inbound marketing tools, SEO optimized website, etc.) and that their website and marketing software are ready to facilitate new leads. From here, the client moves into the implementation phase with varying levels of support from us, depending on their needs. Some clients may only need help in one or two areas meet their growth targets, while others need a full-service agency to drive break-through growth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

(NYSE: DOV) with 300 employees, and leading a $250 million division of Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL) as Americas Business Unit Director before starting Strativise, Inc., a rapidly growing marketing agency that serves industrial clients. He holds a BA in Business, an MBA in Marketing, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
