FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
well we just like the customer to know that we are the type of company that wants to help people out I'm semi-retired I do what I do because I love working with my hands and I like helping people basically so we try and give a fair market value for a hard Day's Work I'm really old school with about customer service. That's it! pretty much, we go out of our way to make our customers happy and make sure that they get what they really want. So we give a lot of information and spend time in conversation to inform them on what their options are, we think that's really a good thing to give, that level of customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What we really like to try and do with a new customer is to ask questions and find out exactly what it is they want and then we figure in how we can help them with our services and our products and of course we want to make that connection with them so they're comfortable and well-informed and that's what makes us a step ahead of the other contractors. Well, not all of them but some of them. We feel that customer service and information is one of the greatest tools for longevity with our clients.
