Got concerned after seeing water coming out of my condensation line. Sent an inquiry to a couple of companies and Four Seasons Heating and Air was quick to respond. I was able to arrange a same day appointment with Jesus the tech with him coming out later in the evening. Turns out I didnt even have a secondary line and that the water coming out was a normal sign. Silly me but nevertheless, Jesus was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated him taking the time to walk me through my system and explain to me all the different parts. He was professional and respected my shoes off policy without even me asking. Would highly recommend four seasons to anyone looking for help with their HVAC system!

Thrilled with Four Seasons! First and foremost, they sent a technician out same day during this heat wave! I called them at noon and they had someone out between 5-7pm. They were communicative and it was seamless. The technical that came (Jesus) was awesome. He fixed one unit and then assessed the second one without a hard sell to replace the part. Very professional.I initially made an appt with the company that installed our units before calling Four Seasons and they couldnt give me an appt until Tuesday (5 days away). And they wouldnt give me a window until the day before. Super happy I didnt wait for that other company and called Four Seasons instead!!!!
