We charge a flat rate price ( by the job ) and not by the hour. We offer 10% discount for senior citizens age 62 and older on labor only.

Our company holds an active California C-36 Plumbing contractors license # 1035552. We also have an EPA lead certification for home renovators in the State of California. We took classes during the years to learn the codes for the trade and to keep up to date with contractor law. I worked for a big plumbing company for 10.5 years and learned the hands on experience that put me in a journeyman level position to obtain my license.
