- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing is extremely competitive for the marketplace and that we do have a best price guarantee. We do offer a 10% discount for a new time customers as well. Our basic service charge to come out is $90 and in the event we do the work the same day that 90 gets applied towards the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer looks like getting all of their information and hearing about what they need. Getting a plumber out there when it’s most important and providing the best quality care. We would also add first time customer value by educating the customer on their home plumbing system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are certified in all major relevant certifications in the industry, including water heaters, tankless water heaters, premium leak detection services, Uponor PEX training, whole home water filtration system training through Halo systems, and more.
