- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every job with a scheduled diagnostic visit at a flat rate of $69 per appliance. During this visit, our technician thoroughly checks your appliance, finds the root cause of the problem, and then provides a detailed repair quote. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the $69 diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly attend factory trainings at Reliable Appliance Parts in Anaheim to stay up to date on different appliance brands, systems, and repair techniques. Our technicians and team take part in these classes often to keep improving our service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2020, during COVID, I started working in appliance repair for a company in Texas, bringing with me a strong background in electrical work. Within about a year I became one of their top technicians, handling complex repairs and building a solid technical foundation. Over time, I realized I was ready to take the next step and open my own company, so I chose to do that in California, out of respect for my former employer and their customers in Texas. Today I use that experience to offer honest, high‑quality service to every client I work with.
