- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $99. If you move forward with the repair, this fee is applied toward the total cost—no extra inspection charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your call or message, we collect basic information and the details of your Electrical or HVAC issue. A licensed technician arrives on-site, performs diagnostics, explains the problem, and provides repair options and pricing. With your approval, most repairs are completed during the same visit if no special parts are required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed and trained in electrical systems and HVAC diagnostics, repair, and installation. They continuously update their skills to meet current code, safety standards, and energy efficiency requirements.
