Mr. Alaya is currently working on my project. I am in good hand with him. He is: *Very responsive. *Try every possibly way to work on my project. *Spend as much time as need to explain and work with me. *Willing to listen. *My project is small and complicated, but he values my business as a top priority customer. I am grateful and feel like I am being treated as a big corporate officer. There are many architects for hire on the market, but finding one who truly care and willing to work on a small and complicated project is not easy. Mr. Alaya is the one for my project. I am very happy with Mr. Alaya. I am sure Mr. Alaya will work on your project the same way as he is working on mine if you are looking for an architect for your project big or small. Call Mr. Alaya before you make the decision to hire an architect. I did that and I recommend Mr. Alaya for your project.

I contacted about 10 building designers before starting my ADU project. Juan was the most responsive and was able to explain the process the best. He came to my house, got a first-hand look of what the job would entail and then we made a plan and a schedule to get it done. His price is very fair and his communication is excellent. He gave a us good design options and also reined us in when some of our wishlist was going to end up costing thousands extra in the end. He knows the building codes and also reached out to our city departments to make sure there were no issues with our unique project. He even came to the city with us to submit the plans. I highly recommend Juan and will use him again if I have another project.

JAA Design is amazing! Juan is very friendly and his remarkable talent for design made my house vivid again! He drew 4 different kinds of interior plans for me to choose, including Relax Wine Bar at Kitchen, Fashion Office, Comfortable Rooms, and Wide Restroom with Modem Toilet. He showed me the schematic diagram so I can image how wonderful my house will be. I like his positive personality. Talking with him I can find so many chances to do in my old house that made me very excited. Also, Juan is very responsible. He came to my property many times to make sure the plan was correct and went to the city with us until the plan got passed. JAA Design is amazing!
