Introduction: My system is simple but extremely challenging. Because mine is an "on-court" system, I can successfully strength train a larger group of athletes that could ever be managed in weightroom. I PREhabilitate the athlete, making him/her more durable and resistant to injury. My own highly personal style of instruction has been honed over many years of competing and teaching. My motivational approach is a product of a life spent performing in front of large audiences. There are few who posses the skiil sets and the passion that I bring to everything I do. Experience counts.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Skill Develop in a young player is an attempt at improving the fine motor skills required in performing a complicated bio-mechanical process, such as shooting or dribbling a basketball, for but two examples. Without first improving that players gross motor skills, such as footwork, body position and/or court/field awareness FIRST, money spent on skill develop will be money wasted. The most important part of a "Jump Shot" is...THE JUMP! If you can't elevate your own body weight off the ground with sufficient force to effect a higher release of the ball, the shot will be inconsistent and much easier to defend.
