We have many options! As of now we are offering a $99 special for unlimited training!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always gather a clients health history and their fitness background. A new client intake will differ from an athlete and an adult fitness enthusiast. Measurements, body scans, flexibility & mobility testing etc. ( will be determined by trainer)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Camron Carmona I'm the developer of Real Speed Performance Systems, which is regarded as a leading sports performance and fitness company in the industry. The passion and knowledge for helping others achieve personal breakthrough performance is a direct reflection of years of top-level athletic performance training and continued education in the area of performance training and fitness development. I'm a true speed, agility, and quickness specialist (SAQ Specialist), and a certified personal fitness trainer through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. Credentials also include being a level 1 Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I attended Fullerton Junior College where I excelled in both the classroom and on the football field. I then went on to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa and studied exercise science and also played football for the Hawaii Warriors. I'm currently the Varsity Running Backs Coach and Run Game Coordinator for the Orange Lutheran Lancer football team
