- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, Thumbtack forces us to list a per device or estimated price. This is very often either misleading to the customer, or wholly incorrect. Give us a call for a free consultation and we would be happy to give you a detailed quote for service once we can gather some details from you about the specific issue you are experiencing. We charge $200 for the first 2 hours of on-site / check-in service, and $85 per hour after the first 2 hours. For remote services, we charge $85 per hour. We do not charge mileage fees, check-in/processing fees, or charge on a per device basis.
