I have owned several businesses and currently am engaged in a very important project. My entire operation system crashed due to an unfortunate water spill on my Mac Pro Laptop. I was in a panic due to the lack of people in my area that could even look at it in a week. I was directed by Thumbtack to this excellent young man who has not only saved the day but showed me that there are still excellent people that know how to treat and work with a customer in a stressed-out situation. His openness and candor about the repair gave me no expectations other than the truth and that he would do the best he knows how to do. That was enough for me to ask him to do just that and he did. I am very happy with everything as it was presented and accomplished. Thank you, Jaime, owner of J's Computer Repair ! Almost wants me to have another broken computer again, well, maybe not hehe. Great work. I would refer J's to anyone who needs this service or has any questions about computers.
