DO NOT HIRE. I truly hate to leave such a terrible review but I am left with no choice. In short Dontaye stood me up twice both times with no phone call or text. I took the day off from work for our appointment both Monday and Tuesday just for him to not show up either day. Terrible experience and very disappointed to say the least. Furthermore I find the reply Dontaye provided after my review to be completely ignorant and a clear display of the lack of professionalism I initially described in my earlier review. In the photos I provided you will see I clearly mentioned that Dontaye was suppose to come out to provide a quote and if I accepted his quote he agreed to do the install the same day. Therefore, if he never showed up to provide the quote, how could I have low balled him in any way? There was never a price set to be low-balled!!! In fact, Dontaye quoted $150 to install my doors which I felt was too low and therefore inaccurate and suggested Dontaye to actually come out to provide a quote in-person to ensure the price he initially provided was correct. So in essence, I allowed Dontaye to renegotiate his price which is the exact opposite of low-balling him. It truly disgusts me how Dontaye is simply incapable of owning his mistake and unprofessionalism and would rather fabricate a story. Its people like this guy that give honest hard-working professionals a bad name and its extremely sad. In any case, you probably did me the hugest favor of the year by standing me up Dontaye, though this whole experience was annoying and laughable, I should be thanking you for sparing me the disappointment of working with you. Hope you grow from this. Anyone who wants more info about my experience with this guy can reach out to me directly take care.
