I had a VERY important dinner to plan for upper management at work. I had never handled anything like this. Chef Don calmed me down, took care of all the important details, and showed me how fun and stress free creating a great dining experience can be. Not only was the dinner a hit, and I am still getting requests for some of the receipes (which Don left with me - just in case!). Highy recommended!!Oct 8, 2013
It has been a pleasure working with Don. He listened to my ideas and made suggestions. Both parties were a hit. Comments were compliments on the food and the varied selection. I am a type A personality so was a little worried about how "laid back" the whole process was. It magically works out fine. I was much more confident the sercond time. I highly recommend Don. My first event was a fairly formal dinner for 14 and my second was fairly informal (buffet) for 60+. He really made me look good :)Oct 8, 2013

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I come from a large family and my mother taught me to cook from the time I could handle a frying pan.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Family events, holiday dinners. Dinners for work associates, cooking classes. Romantic Dinners. Special diet's are no problem.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I just prepared food for 75 people for a company party. Everyone was thrilled at the selection, quality, taste and variety of the foods and I was able to do it for a fraction of what it would have cost to host the event in a restaurant.
