FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to build our customer base from the local community. This works for several reasons. First, people like to do business with people they know. Second, people like to do business in person, face-to-face. Third, most people like to see, touch and try on apparel before they buy and embroider it. Because of these tendencies, shopping for embroidered goods locally appeals to many potential consumers. Our business typically runs smoothly, we outline for our clients the procedure for receiving art, and product and shipping information. We always get approval on the embroidery sample before starting work on the customer apparel. This save time, keeps the customer satisfied, and eliminates any confusion. We set a price structure that reflects the actual value of our services.
