Dance with Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah! I provide personalized online dance lessons for students who want to improve their technique, flexibility, strength, control, and confidence. Each lesson is tailored to your experience level and goals. We may work on stretching, technical exercises, balance, coordination, movement quality, and personalized practice routines you can continue between sessions. Whether you are a beginner, returning to dance, or looking for extra support with your training, I create a positive and encouraging environment where you can learn at your own pace. Lessons are offered online through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Private sessions are $60, or you can purchase a package of four sessions for $200.
