- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set at a fixed rate based on the quality of job you can expect and the time commitment involved to perform it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I walk a new customer through the job depending on its complexity and the going rate to do the work. I offer standard pricing for the work I perform and unless I have to purchase materials for a specific job I do not require payment for materials used. (Such as holiday lighting if you want your house decorated and I need to buy lighting)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been on the job and I've worked with two professionals, one an electrician and the other a general contractor.
